In April, Tipuli hosted a three-day therapists’ retreat that included a cruise to Larnaca, focused on supporting the well-being of its clinical staff. 
As part of the in-house design team, I contributed to the visual branding of the event and created video assets for social media. This included designing several printed materials for the retreat itself, alongside a series of short promotional and recap videos that were published across Tipuli’s social channels.
As part of the welcome kit placed in each therapist’s room, there was also a tri-fold brochure that I designed, presenting the cruise schedule in a playful and visually engaging way.
In addition, several other printed materials were produced that I helped design, and I also created a recruitment brochure inspired by the visual language and atmosphere of the cruise.
For WhatsApp distribution, I created an After Effects animation that presented the information about how to get to the cruise in a clear and creative way.
I also produced a series of short teaser videos that drew attention to the upcoming retreat in a creative way, using playful transitions between the therapists’ everyday kindergarten setting and the holiday - a visual shift that mirrors the mental shift from work mode to rest.
